About Mona

Mona is a board certified Naturopathic Physician graduating from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003. She received her BBA in International Marketing (with a Spanish Minor) from Pace University in NY in 1993. Throughout her 20’s Mona spent several years living, traveling, studying and working overseas in Europe and Asia and through that developed a passion and understanding of people across multiple cultural and ethnic influences. She also learned during this time how illness is managed through food and natural remedies worldwide.  


This travel experience helped to inform her on her doctoral thesis: Menopause: A
Psychospiritual Perspective.


Mona is certified in Trauma & Tension Release Exercises and is excited to share this with patients and the community. Mona is passionate about continuing education and in the last year alone has completed the following courses:
